MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – April 4, 2011 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine

Shirley Warner, Cultural Council planned events:
Saturday, July 16 – Big Band on the green
August 13 – Family afternoon with different events
Scheduled the town election for Tuesday, June 14th
Met with Wayne Carr to discuss his Fiscal 2012 budget. Wayne submitted “A Plan of Work” for Fiscal 2012.
The Board of Selectmen voted to hire JTC for Tolland’s testing agency. JTC was recommended by John MacMillan of Reinhardt Associates.
Board of Selectmen worked on Fiscal 2012 budgets and will meet with the Finance Committee on April 18th to discuss further.
Board of Selectmen appointed Patrick Storey to serve as an alternate on the Board of Appeals.
